Who we are

Kalligraphy is operated by [Kalligraphy Ltd], registered in England and Wales (company number [00000000]), registered office [registered office address]. Contact: hello@kalligraphy.com. These terms apply to purchases made through kalligraphy.com; by placing an order you accept them. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Editions

Some Kalligraphy releases are produced as numbered limited editions. Where a garment is a limited edition, this is clearly stated on the product page, and any edition number shown before checkout is indicative until confirmed with your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, garments are part of our standing collection.

Charitable contribution

10% of profits from each design are donated to a registered charity matched to that design's cause. Current charity partners are published on this site.

Ordering & payment

Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify. Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable; delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. A contract is formed when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. EU and UAE delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, with costs calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes, which are not included in our prices.

Cancellation & returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. On top of that, we offer an extended 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their tags intact. UK returns are free, and we provide a prepaid label. For returns from the EU or UAE, return postage is your responsibility. To start a return, email hello@kalligraphy.com with your order number.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, including standard UK outbound delivery costs where the whole order is returned under your 14-day cancellation right.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

Intellectual property

All designs, calligraphy, artwork, the K monogram and the Kalligraphy name are our intellectual property. Purchase of a garment does not grant any licence to reproduce the artwork.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
